These SMS Terms apply to the Sunate Copilot SMS program operated by Sunate, Inc. ("Sunate").
These terms supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Program name and operator

2. Program description
Sunate sends recurring automated, non-marketing customer-care text messages to Sunate account holders who separately and affirmatively choose SMS.
Messages may include:
Replies to questions or commands sent to Sunate Copilot.
AI-generated or AI-assisted support responses.
Requested report, estimate, proposal, document, task, job, or account updates.
Scheduling confirmations and reminders.
Security, service, or verification notices.
Confirmation that Copilot completed or could not complete a requested action.
Links to secure Sunate pages or files related to the account holder's request.
This program is not intended for advertising, promotional offers, cold outreach, third-party lead generation, or messages to homeowners or other third-party contacts.
3. How to opt in
A Sunate account holder may opt in during Sunate onboarding or another account setting by:
Choosing SMS.
Providing or confirming a mobile number.
Reviewing the complete SMS disclosure.
Selecting a separate optional checkbox that is unchecked by default.
Sending the prefilled user-initiated message to the displayed Sunate number.
Consent is not bundled with general Terms acceptance.
Sunate may send a one-time verification code to confirm control of a phone number. Receiving or requesting a verification code alone does not enroll the number in recurring Sunate Copilot SMS.
The current opt-in flow is documented at SMS Consent.
4. Consent disclosure
The following or substantially equivalent disclosure is presented at the point of opt-in:
I agree to receive recurring automated, non-marketing text messages from Sunate, Inc. about my Sunate account and requests I send to Sunate Copilot, including support responses, requested report and job-status updates, scheduling confirmations, reminders, and task confirmations. Some responses may be generated by AI. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use. 5. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests, account activity, enabled reminders, and workflow events.
Sunate does not charge a separate fee merely to receive the program's text messages. Your wireless carrier's message, data, roaming, and other rates may apply.
6. Opt out
Reply STOP to a Sunate Copilot SMS message to unsubscribe.
Supported opt-out words may include STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, and REVOKE, depending on carrier and provider configuration.
After an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation. No further recurring messages will be sent through this program unless you opt in again.
Where supported, reply START or UNSTOP to resubscribe. Sunate may require a new affirmative opt-in.

Reply HELP or INFO for assistance.

A help response identifies Sunate, provides support information, and explains how to opt out.
8. Voluntary consent
Consent to Sunate Copilot SMS is optional and is not a condition of buying, subscribing to, creating an account for, or using Sunate.
You may decline SMS and continue to use available web or other non-SMS features. You may choose another supported channel, such as WhatsApp, subject to that channel's terms.
9. AI-assisted replies
Some messages may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review important information and confirm material actions in the Sunate web application. Do not rely on a text response as legal, engineering, financial, safety, or other professional advice.
10. Delivery and carriers
Delivery depends on carrier networks, device compatibility, coverage, filtering, and service availability and is not guaranteed.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages and are not responsible for program content.
Sunate may change the sending number, pause SMS, or discontinue the program while continuing to make services available through other channels.
11. Privacy
Sunate uses mobile information to operate the program, recognize the account holder, route messages, provide requested responses, maintain consent and opt-out records, secure the service, and comply with law.
Sunate does not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Limited information may be disclosed to messaging, hosting, security, AI, and support providers solely as needed to operate the program, as required by law, or at your direction.

12. Eligibility and number reassignment
You must be at least 18 years old, be authorized to use the Sunate account, and control or be authorized to use the enrolled mobile number.
Notify Sunate or opt out before transferring, disconnecting, or reassigning the number.
13. Changes and contact
Sunate may update or discontinue the program. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
