Sunate aims to make its websites and applications useful to people with a range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort as the product changes.

Our approach

We work to improve:

• Keyboard access.

• Semantic structure.

• Readable contrast.

• Form labels.

• Focus states.

• Responsive layouts.

• Alternative text.

• Compatibility with common assistive technologies.

Some complex CRM, mapping, document, image, data-visualization, and AI interfaces may not yet provide an equivalent experience in every mode.

This statement does not claim formal conformance or certification unless Sunate publishes a separate audit or certification.

Requesting assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email our CEO at espindola@sunate.app and include:

• The page or feature involved.

• The device and browser used.

• The assistive technology used, if relevant.

• A description of the problem.

• The result you were trying to achieve.

• A preferred way for us to respond.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide information or assistance in an alternative way and evaluate appropriate improvements.

Third-party content

Some content and integrations are provided by Customers or third parties and may have separate accessibility practices.

We welcome reports so we can help identify an appropriate path.
