This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every use of the Sunate Services and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
Customers are responsible for their users, Customer Data, integrations, communications, campaigns, websites, forms, exports, and instructions to Sunate Copilot.
1. Lawful use
You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable privacy, communications, consumer-protection, telemarketing, advertising, intellectual-property, employment, housing, credit, sanctions, and industry rules.
You may not use the Services to facilitate fraud, deception, impersonation, harassment, stalking, threats, exploitation, unlawful discrimination, violence, malware, unlawful surveillance, trafficking, or illegal goods or services.
2. Messaging, calls, and email
You may not:
Send a message, call, or email without a lawful basis and any consent required for the recipient, sender, channel, content, and jurisdiction.
Treat purchased, scraped, enriched, appended, or public contact data as proof of consent.
Send cold or promotional text messages under Sunate's account-holder A2P campaign.
Represent that Sunate's consent covers your homeowners, leads, customers, or other contacts.
Hide or misrepresent the sender, business identity, purpose, or opt-out method.
Ignore STOP, unsubscribe, do-not-call, revocation, suppression, or complaint records.
Use number rotation, snowshoeing, misleading domains, URL obfuscation, or another method intended to evade controls.
Send prohibited carrier or provider content.
Continue an automated campaign after consent is withdrawn.
You must preserve reasonable evidence of consent, use the correct sender identity and registration, provide required disclosures, and honor channel-specific opt-outs promptly.
3. Lead and property data
Lead, owner, business-contact, and property data may be inaccurate, inferred, or outdated. You must independently verify information and determine whether outreach or use is lawful.
You may not use the Services or data:
As a consumer report.
For credit, lending, employment, insurance, tenant screening, housing eligibility, government benefits, or another purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar law.
To discriminate unlawfully based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, familial status, veteran status, genetic information, or another protected characteristic.
To infer or target a person's vulnerability for predatory, exploitative, or deceptive practices.
To resell, publish, bulk export, or create a competing database unless an Order expressly permits it.
To contact a person who appears on an applicable do-not-call, suppression, or opt-out list without a valid legal exception.
To stalk, harass, intimidate, or expose a person.
4. Artificial intelligence
You may not use Copilot or another AI feature to:
Make fully automated high-impact decisions about individuals.
Generate or send deceptive impersonations, fabricated evidence, fake reviews, or materially misleading claims.
Present output as verified professional advice without appropriate qualified review.
Extract model weights, system prompts, credentials, personal data, or security controls.
Circumvent confirmations or instruct the system to perform an action you are not authorized to perform.
Violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
You must review AI output before external use and remain responsible for actions taken through your account.
5. Security and platform integrity
You may not:
Access another user's or customer's account, data, token, or workspace without authorization.
Probe, scan, test, or exploit vulnerabilities without written authorization.
Introduce malware, destructive code, denial-of-service traffic, or disruptive automation.
Bypass rate limits, permissions, subscription controls, audit logging, or technical restrictions.
Reverse engineer or copy the Services except where law does not allow restriction.
Share credentials with unauthorized users.
Scrape or crawl the Services outside documented interfaces or written permission.
Use the Services to build or train a competing product without written permission.
6. Content and intellectual property
You may not upload, generate, publish, or send content that:
Infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
Is defamatory, fraudulent, or unlawfully deceptive.
Contains child sexual abuse material or facilitates exploitation.
Promotes unlawful violence, hate, or illegal activity.
Includes malware, phishing, or credential theft.
Creates fake testimonials or manipulates review systems.
You must have permission for photos, logos, reviews, recordings, customer content, and other materials you use.
7. Restricted and high-risk uses
Unless Sunate has expressly agreed in writing and the use complies with law, you may not use the Services for:
Emergency dispatch or life-safety systems.
Medical diagnosis or treatment.
Autonomous financial trading.
Critical infrastructure control.
Weapons targeting.
Legal representation or decisions requiring licensed counsel.
Structural or engineering certification.
Another use where failure could reasonably cause death, serious injury, or substantial rights violations.
8. Enforcement
Sunate may investigate suspected violations; limit, block, or remove content; suspend features or accounts; preserve evidence; require remediation; notify an administrator; or report conduct to providers or authorities where appropriate.
We may consider severity, intent, history, cooperation, remediation, legal requirements, provider rules, and risk to others.
