  • Temporarily restrict access.

  • Remove content.

  • Request evidence of permission.

  • Preserve relevant information.

Repeated or serious infringement may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Counter-notice

A person who believes content was removed or restricted by mistake may send a counter-notice identifying:

  • The content.

  • Its previous location.

  • The basis for lawful use.

  • Contact information.

  • Any statements and consent to legal process required by applicable law.

  • A physical or electronic signature.

Sunate may restore content when legally appropriate.

4. Misrepresentations

Knowingly making a false infringement claim or counter-notice can create legal liability.

Consider consulting qualified counsel before submitting a notice.
